Four Horsemen
The great fire in 1860 was devastating to Walla Walla.
Legend tells of the earth turning black; the sky filling with fire and from the ashes… came four dark horsemen.
Hope had arrived in the most unexpected form, as these riders did not come to bring about the end of the world as people feared; rather, they joined the townspeople to unite and restore the land to its greatness!
Dried fig with hints of earth on the nose and a light toasty oak. Laced with black cherry, cocoa, and a touch of cinnamon spice. By no means modest, it retains a bright, spicy energy all through, with a fiery cedar and tannic finish.
The Four Horsemen is an Estate blend of 55% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Syrah, and 4% Petit Verdot from the Ash Hollow vineyards.
